I am looking for blogs on property for sale in valencia, spain?

Q. Anyone seen any blogs on property for sale in valencia, spain or xativa valencia spain, i am interested to read them.

A. BLOG? YOU MEAN SITE TO LOOK FOR PLACES? HERES ONE THAT I FOUND HELPFUL WHILE SEARCHING FOR APARTMENTS WHEN I LIVED THERE 2YEARS AGO: http://valencia.loquo.com/es_es
TRY JUST TYPING STUFF IN ON GOOGLE (IN SPANISH WOULD BE EASIER, BUT THERE ARE PLENTY OF ENGLISH PAGES ALSO)

What are the laws for sign posting in public places?
Q. I manage a small office building, and the owners want to deny a sign that the tenants have proposed for to hang in the commom area because of spanish writing. Is that legal? or is there some sort of discrimination laws against it?

A. I think that would be up to the property owner- quite frankly.
The people that own the building should have the right to say what gets hung on the walls- don't you think?
Try looking up your city ordinances on line- involving sign posting.
I know outside ( like when you put a sign in someone's yard political signs, yard sale signs) you have to the landowners permission.

How have illegals negatively affected your neighborhood?
Q. I hear basically the same story from everyone everywhere. Once nice neighborhoods with neatly kept lawns and nice looking houses, where everyone knows each other and goes to each others garage sales in the spring, it is safe for the kids to play in the neighborhood, and crime is almost unheard of. Then a few neighbors move out for various reasons, and those houses are sold or more often rented out to illegals. Now the kids are bullied by the anchor kids, the once nice houses are run down, lawns are not mowed, garbage is left everywhere, crime is up, loud music blares at all hours of the day and night, property taxes go up to pay for graffiti and damage to public property, and property value goes down as the neighborhood is now a Mexican ghetto. And you don't go out your door unless you are carrying a gun. So, sound familiar? I knew a lady who lived in a nice neighborhood, until it became an illegal ghetto, and she was the only one left in the neighborhood from when they built it. The rest were all illegals. She kept to herself, but had to put up with cops chasing criminals through her yard, often damaging her property. Her noisy rude illegal neighbors threw garbage in her lawn every day which she had to pick up herself, she did not even complain until they started throwing dirty used diapers outside her living room window to stink in the hot summer sun. When she phoned them to ask if they would pick them up she was laughed at and later had rocks thrown through her window. Again she kept to her self as even her own family begged her to move out, she lived there 51 years and did not want to move. One night she walked two blocks to the convenience store to buy milk and eggs when she was beaten and raped by a man who followed her home from the store. She died the next day from her injuries. The man who attacked and raped her turned out to be an illegal alien, and lived 4 houses down from her! She was 76 years old. And the last survivor of her once nice neighborhood.

This happened a year ago this month. And this lady was a friend of my family. I continue to post her story in honor of her memory.

And to the pro-illegals that keep reporting this question and getting my account suspended, you will not silence me. You will not win.
@Rob,

I answered this last night!

This is (or was) a Middle Class neighborhood!
People do their OWN lawn and house work!

NOT EVERYONE IN THE 'EFFIN COUNTRY HAS ILLEGAL MAIDS AND CARETAKERS!
@Eric,

What fantasy world do you live in?
Illegals can live wherever a slumlord buys houses in, that INCLUDES nice neighborhoods!
After illegals trash the place the slumlords just don't bother to ever fix anything!

A. I live in a town where you use to know most everybody.We played outside at night chasing firefly's,catching worms to go fishing in the morning.We went to bed and did not have to lock your door.Not only my neighborhood but our town is being taken over by the Mexicans.You can not safely walk outside at night,you can not leave anything in your yard or it will be stolen.On our block almost all of the houses,including mine have been broken into.You can open the paper on any given day,and under the arrest it is 98% Spanish names.Very different place for kids then it was when i was a kid...its really sad.Wish Mexico would fix there own problems instead of sending them here.

How To Sell Oversea Property On A Website?
Q. I am writing for my Dad who isn't really the computer genius. He told me to try and find a website that he can use to sell his property over in Turkey. The problem is: We want different nationalities to be able to buy it (Spanish, Russian, German, French, etc.). I was thinking of using Google Translator to translate the details of the house into other websites.

Does anyone know a website that people from around the world can view? Help will be greatly appreciated! :) thx

A. Why do you care who buys it as long as it sells? Google "homes for sale overseas" or something similar to that. You'll find tons of international websites listing tens of thousands of homes for sale.
