Is there a website that lists all real estate for sale in Canada?

Q. I am just browsing right now, but want to search real estate listings in different towns. It's a pain going to remax.ca for example, since I just get the houses they are selling and not all of them.

A. Try this site.

What does "additional addendums required" mean in real estate listings?
Q. A friend and I are looking through real estate listings, and several of them say "additional addendums required." What does that phrase mean? We're new to this whole house-hunting thing, so we have no idea, and search engines are no help.

A. An Addendum is an addition to a completed written document. Most commonly this is a proposed change or explanation (such as a list of goods to be included) in a contract, or some point that has been subject of negotiation after the contract was originally proposed by one party. Real property sales agreements often have addenda (plural of addendum) as the buyer and seller negotiate fine points (how payments will be made, what appliances will be included, date of transfer of title, the terms of financing by the seller and the like). Although often they are not, addenda should be signed separately and attached to the original agreement so that there will be no confusion as to what is included or intended. Unsigned addenda could be confused with rough drafts or unaccepted proposals or included fraudulently.

How can I see a picture of a property by just giving the address?
Q. I know that some real estate directories list houses that sold, even many years ago. This allows for someone to use the web to find a picture of the house by only providing the address of the property.

Ultimately, I want to be able to search for a house (in the US of course) and know what color it is, and other details by looking at the picture from old real estate listings. Are there any mega-sites that aggregate such details?

A. the directories that you are referring to are actually the MLS, or multiple listing service, the public can only view active(current) listing, all other listing are keep confidential and a licensed broker must pay dues to use the more specific versions, if your just looking for a few pictures online just use Google Earth street view

Where can I find out how many monthly searches a keyword gets without using google keyword tool?
Q. I can't seem to get the right answer when I type my keyword into the google keyword tool, say for example I type in "real estate listings Tampa" it gives me suggestions that are close to that, but I want to know how many searches that exact phrase is getting and I can't seem to find it. Any help would be great!

A. I'm assuming what you're saying is that you are typing your search phrase into google.com, so instead of that try using the adwords keyword tool. Link is below. No affiliation to me.

When you use that tool you can click for it to tell you the exact number. It's on the right hand side of the page. I think it says phrase..

If you're already using this, I'm sorry. You may try narrowing down your terms.

The other thing that I use is the allintitle feature. You can find out how many search results have certain words and phrases by typing the following: allintitle:keywords

Just replace keywords w/what you're looking for. Use it in Google. Don't use spaces.

I hope this was some sort of help.
