If you are considering buying an apartment in Cabo Roig with the idea of getting an income from letting, I would seriously research it as there are many, many properties for rental and the majority of owners are finding it very difficult to secure bookings. Just google "Cabo Roig" and you'll get some idea.
It sounds, by your question, that you are not too familiar with the area. You would not be advised to buy a property without first visiting the area and seeing it for yourself. Why not rent a property for a week or two, have a good look round & talk to a few owners out there.
This will also give you the chance to take a look at the many properties for sale and the prices being asked. There are certainly some bargains to be had, if you find that you still want to move to Cabo Roig having spent some time there.
The climate cannot be faulted and the beach at Cabo Roig is lovely. There is the opportunity to make many friends there, as the Cabo Roig, Villa Martin, Torrevieja area is inhabited by large numbers of Brits.
Should you decide that renting a property, in order to have a look round, is the best idea I would recommend finding one on the attached link-

If u want real high quality long lasting tops go to jd or jjb sports n u can buy them for £30 each so altogeva it will b £150 but wen theres a sale iys only £5 if u want ur own team name n number then it will be a bit more. On sale it will be £8. Go on ebay or amazon aswell. Or go to oxfam. Jowking. Or go on their official club website and order it.
