Q. Since military bases are technically US property, how would one go about transferring their license to an overseas base salon/barber shop? Thank you for any information you have.
A. I think they hire locally. Gino Morena Enterprises LLC has the contract for hundreds of military bases.

They used to have a map showing all their locations worldwide, but I can no longer find it on their website.

Does the US tax large amounts of money leaving the US?
Q. I would like to sell my US property and move back to my native country.
A. You have to pay any income tax due from the sale before you go.
How would this work out offer to buy a part of Mexico?
Q. We could forgive Mexico's debt to the US by drawing a line from
Sonoyta Mexico and Puerto Penasco Mexico then making
everything West of the line US property.
Lots of Beach and retirement homesteads and the People were
going to come here anyway. Make them pay income taxes and
they will loose their US health care and welfare money. They
can be just like the rest of us and that is what they want anyway.

how you can us the property for dividing powers with the same base to justify the definition of a zer exponent?
Q. Explain how you can us the property for dividing powers with the same base to justify the definition of a zero exponent.
Thanks so much in advance!
Thanks so much in advance!
A. when dividing powers, you simply subtract them.
that being said:
x^5/x^4 = x^1
If you have the same thing on the top and bottom of the division sign, that would equal 1
5/5 = 1
3/3 = 1
x^5/x^5 = 1
if we use the property of dividing powers, then x^5/x^5 would equal x^(5-5) = x^0
we already know x^5/x^5 = 1, hence x^0 is also 1
