Q. I have a small house that I rent out. I work all the time and do not have time to deal with tenants, finding renters, etc. Are there people who will manage the rental house for me for a fee, and how do you find them? How do they charge, etc?
A. Yes, you will find them under Property Management in yellow pages for your location.
They generally charge 10% of the gross rent. They will take care of any problems and keep your place rented also they check credit of prospective tenants.
You'll wonder how you ever managed without one!

Where is the nicest town? I want to live where people are friendly and where it's not so busy?
Q. I want to be close enough to a city but still not in the city. I need to find a small house to rent with a big backyard and in a safe and friendly neighborhood. Does anyone know of any nice safe friendly towns. I also have a dog and maybe will get another one, so I would love to live in a dog friendly area too.
Asking too much? :) Any ideas?

A. Buckeye, Arizona.
Rent a house with an acre of land and a swimming pool. Thirty miles west of Phoenix. Zip code 85326. Three black labs. Neighbors have chickens and horses. One mile from Wal Mart, supermarkets, shopping, restaurants and freeway. Safe and friendly neighborhood. I love it here.
Another nice place I visited several years ago that fits your description is Waldport, Oregon.

How much does rent for a small house usually run in the US?
Q. I know that this is a VERY broad question, but please give me some numbers or if anyone knows the nations average that would be great! When I say small house, I am talking in good condition sutible for on single male. The Area I am looking at is for North Carolina if anyone knows about that area?
A. You're right in saying it's a very broad question. Rents for a house in the US can vary from $400 to well over $5,000 in various places. Even within North Carolina you'll see a similar split in rents of about the same numbers. Real rural areas or downtown slums will have single family houses for rent under $500. Nice cities and/or suburbs will be in the thousands, for sure.
How much would it cost to rent a small house?
Q. It is a small house in the Buffalo, NY area.
A. $1200 - $1500
