Q. I do not live in the US (but in Singapore), I am not American and have nothing otherwise to do with the USA. If I were to buy a residential property in Florida and rent it out, what kind of of taxes would I be eligible for?
A. You're not "eligible for" taxes, you PAY taxes.
If you owned residential rental real estate in FL, you'd pay the local property taxes on the property, just like anyone else does. You'd also be required to pay US Federal income taxes on the income that the property generated, as your income would be effectively connected to the US. There is no state income tax in FL.
Most states grant a homestead exemption or credit to owner-occupied residential real estate that will save a few dollars in property taxes. You would not be eligible for that since you would not be living in the property.

If you havve ANY help, advice, thoughts, or tips, please tell me!!! im open and in great need of tons of HELP!!!!!!!!
A. For your man he should contact a game designer like Koei ASAP as they advertise postitions vacent and intake nubmers for the coming year on their website usually. Maybe you can do native check on legal documents as a specialist field. Alot of real estates overcharge for rentals when renting them out ot foreigners. Try "gaijinpot" for daily updated jobs in English and you can sign up to get theat by email.
